Terms and Conditions

• If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original proof of purchase within 14 days, stating reason for return and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.
• This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
• Our aim is that all our customers are completely happy with all purchases made via our shop.
  If a customer is not satisfied with the quality of the goods or the goods are faulty or not as ordered, we will provide a replacement or refund of the cost on return of the item.
• If the item is not faulty we reserve the right to refuse a refund or may agree to the refund but not refund postal charges.
